I’m Elly McLean - a degree-qualified nutritionist, and the creator of Reset & Rebalance.
But before all of that, I was a daughter watching my Mum struggle through perimenopause without answers, support or direction. I saw how it affected her mood, her weight, her confidence - and how dismissed she felt.
That’s why I created this program. Because I know so many women are still being told to “just eat less” or “wait it out,” or they're being given cookie cutter hormone replacement advice, when what they really need is a new roadmap - one grounded in science, compassion, and what’s actually happening in their bodies.
Today, I help women in their 30s, 40s and 50s understand their hormones, restore their metabolism, and rebuild trust in their body - without extremes, shame or confusion.

What if I can’t attend the live sessions?
All live seminars are recorded and uploaded within 24 hours. You’ll have access to the replays for the full duration of the program
How much time will I need to commit each week?
Plan for about 30–90 minutes per week: this includes watching the seminar (live or replay), reviewing meal plan, and engaging with group check-ins. Everything is designed to be practical and realistic for busy women.
I’m not 100% sure I’m in perimenopause - is this still right for me?
