Episode 44: You’ve Been Told You Have IBS, Now What?

Updated: May 3, 2023

In this week’s episode I speak with qualified Naturopath and Nutritionist, Rachel Larsson. Rachel is a wealth of knowledge on all things digestion and IBS and I’m sure you will love hearing from her in today’s episode.

This episode is absolutely for you if you’re challenged by bloating, constipation, loose bowel motions, frequent bowel motions, nausea or even just a feeling of leaving the toilet with unfinished business. Rachel helps us to understand what IBS is, how it is diagnosed and importantly, why a diagnosis of IBS is really just the start of the healing journey. There is so much that can cause IBS symptoms and Rachel explains all of the possible contributors from immune, to bacterial dysbiosis to neurological causes.

If you’d like to learn more from Rachel I highly recommend checking out her website where she also offers the course Bloated to Body Confident, which is helping people overcome bloating.
